Katie Parlett MBE – Chair of Trustees

Katie Katie is an entrepreneur with 25 years experience of starting and running successful businesses in the software development and training industry. She has a passion for bringing people together to make good things happen. In the past few years she has been business mentor at The Unit- a business incubator within Leeds City College providing support to business start-ups, founder of Yorkshire CIO Group (Regional IT Group), fundraiser for Princes Trust charity in the region, and Governor at Highfield Primary School from 2006-9 and Chair of Governors until 2010.

Rada Grkinic

JFP5031 150x150 Rada was a hotel owner/manager with key skills in day to day finance as well as all management aspects that are required to run a busy family hotel. School PTA treasurer from 2006-9 and a trained volunteer for the NAS Education Advice Line from 2005-6, providing information and support on educational needs and provision. Rada is our school SEN administrator.

Caroline Mitchell

Caroline Mitchell Caroline was chief researcher during the set up of the school. She was involved with the set up of the “Friends of Lighthouse School” charity and managed and fundraised for the charity during its first three years. Caroline has a degree in Fine Art and is now currently a tutor in the Lighthouse School.

Kate Webber

Kate Webber Kate is a journalist with experience of marketing, communications and editorial content. She was a trustee of Beechtree Kindergarten from 2006-8. Kate currently volunteers within the school.
