Welcome to Lighthouse School

Here at Lighthouse, we offer a wide range of support for parents and carers.

Every half term we run a Beacon Coffee Morning for parents, carers, and other family members. It is free to attend and is a good place to meet other parents and carers.

The Coffee mornings are a great place to share ideas, offer support and grab yourself a free coffee and

cake!!We also have a PTA and run events throughout the year. If you are interested joining or getting involved, please contact the school office on 0113 4570605 or e-mail: admin@lighthouseschool.co.uk.

Teen Life is a 6-week course for parents and carers who have children with autism.

The praise and feedback we have received from parents/carers is amazing.

We have a Private Facebook group for Lighthouse parents and carers to share information, experiences and to support one another. If you would like to join this group, please e-mail: beacon@lighthouseschol.co.uk.

We have a Family Liaison team who support with a wide range of issues:
• Referral to external agencies - North Point (Emotional support), Peaces
(Parent & Child emotional support) & Cluster (Family Support & Attendance).
• Housing support
• Benefit applications
• Attendance support
• Help applying for a Personal Assistant for your child.
